We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments - all through PayPal. You are not required to register for an account on PayPal to make purchases from our online shop, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Shipping

Royal Caballito ships worldwide from our office in Madrid, Spain.

Unless otherwise noted, in stock items ship out within 3 business days and reception of full payment. Garments in the shop which are made to order (which will be marked as such on the listing) will usually be produced and shipped within 15-30 days after you have made your purchase, but these times can vary depending on the time of the year. You will receive an email letting you know once your item has been produced and dispatched.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges or items not received due to an incorrect address. If you notice that PayPal has a wrong shipping address for you, please email me as soon as possible and we will try to make sure that we send it to the correct address.

Delivery times will vary. International delivery takes usually around 15-20 working days, but it can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location, holidays or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays on arrival times.

Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.

 Colors and forms may vary slightly from batch to batch. As you know, one of the special features -and the beauty!- of handmade work, is to create unique pieces.

Care instructions

Turn inside out, use a mild detergent to hand wash gently or machine wash choosing delicate cycle in cold water for cotton or wool program for wool pieces, no tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Light iron and steam as needed.

Sizing details

There is a sizing chart included in the information of every piece sold in the shop. However, if you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to clarify or send you specific piece measurements so that you are 100% sure that the item will fit you perfectly!

Custom and personalized orders
