⭐️ I make small batches as well as one off pieces .I work with different types of stoneware clay that is fired to a high temperature in my kiln. The hand built style of my work means that no two pieces will ever be quite the same as i do not use moulds or the potters wheel. Every piece has its own personality, and is not simply a functional item.
⭐️ I do not offer free shipping but i combine shipping prices where possible. If shipping is free it has simply been added to purchase price
Prices often relate to the time it takes me to make and glaze , so a small piece could cost more than a large item.

Hello i am Carol and i live in London. I have always been passionate about creating things by hand, drawing and painting. I have previously worked as an illustrator and make up artist . I decided to open my own on line shop Kabinshop this year.

RETURNS
If any damage occurs during shipping please contact me ASAP with photos and information and within 7 days of receipt.
Please do not send them back to me before we have worked out the situation.
* All dimensions are stated so i do not expect returns due to customers not reading the dimensions.
*Rude and abusive customers will not be tolerated.
*My work is not for everyone. Each piece is made by hand and will have irregularities and size and shape will vary slightly from item to item. If you want cookie cutter perfection my work is not for you!
*Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Care instructions
My ceramics are made from stoneware clay and glazed to a very high temperature so are durable, but i advise hand washing and drying with care and avoiding the microwave or dishwasher due to the delicate nature.
Shipping and packaging
I use Royal Mail to ship domestic and international items.
EU BUYERS MAY NOW BE SUBJECT TO PAYING IMPORT CUSTOMS FEES , PLEASE CHECK RULES OF YOUR COUNTRY.
INTERNATIONAL ceramics shipping prices are for tracked shipping. If you would like cheaper untracked shipping please let me know and i will refund you the excess paid. Untracked shipping is at your own risk.
Cards are sent untracked unless you request tracked shipping.
UK shipping is untracked unless requested.
I try to make my Postage & Packing prices as reasonable as possible. Please remember ceramics take time to pack safely. I will not be able to ship your item if the correct shipping price is not paid.
Can i collect my item in person?
Yes. I live in East London. Please use code "COLLECTIONONLY" at checkout.
Blog giveaways
I love to work with bloggers but I don't give items away to bloggers for free. Happy to lend for press or provide photos.
Custom and personalised orders
I only do custom orders via my website, not on Etsy.
I do however offer a few "made to order" personalised dishes.
How often do i ship?
Either the same day or next working day if item is in stock.
Order specifics
I urge you to sent me a convo when making your order if you need to know anything at all or need to specify any colour/size etc . Most of my orders are international so getting everything right before shipping is crucial.
SHIPPING PROBLEMS
PLEASE send me a convo when you order with anything that will make the delivery process smooth. For example a safe place / neighbour for the parcel to be left etc . Thanks!
