Custom and personalized orders
All my bags are MADE TO ORDER.
If you are interested in bags in different size do not hesitate to contact me. I can made a bag special for you from leather you will choose. Usually it takes from 3 to 7 working days.
Custom orders and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Care instructions
All our leather goods are made from 100% natural Italian leather.
Simply wipe using a clean, damp cloth. Keep your leather bags stored in places that are dry and clean when you are not using them, ideally in the specially designed dust bag that came with your bag to help protect it.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I usually need 2-5 days to make your ordered items.
Regular shipping:

Express delivery by UPS for 8$ more for all bags.

All small size items like pouches, key chains I do usually shipp using Polish Mail Priority Letters (estimated 7-14 business days).
You can upgrade it for faster shipping choosing tracking option.
If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will happily send it again, you will be asked for a new address and/or extra shipping after I will receive it back.

Sizing details
Standard sizes are stated in the listing. I will adjust size anytime if you will ask for it. Feel free to send me information about your device size (height > width > depth) in order message.
