Delivery
As our items are handmade to your specifications there are a few stages of delivery.
******************************* Design Confirmation Time ******************************
Many of our items require input from you. Once we have the details or files required to make your piece it will take 1 working day for us to send you over the designs where relevant. After you have confirmed the design we will then move onto production.
*********************************** Production Time **********************************
Once we have the go ahead from you the production process begins. At this stage it takes from 2 to 3 weeks to produce your piece. During busy periods such as Christmas this time can increase. If production time increases we will post a message on the front of our shop informing you of any change to this policy.
*********************************** Delivery Estimation ***********************************
Once the item is finished we will send it via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the location.
For UK customers expect delivery to take 1 to 2 working days via Royal Mail.
For international & US customers expect delivery to take 5 to 7 working days via Parcel Force.
Please be aware of your countries laws regarding customs/VAT fee's as we are not responsible for any charges levied from authorities.
We are not responsible for lost packages & will provide all relevant tracking information with your order.

A number of our items require the customer to create the detail we will use on their jewelry. Examples include the Impressions collection. If you would like us to send you a kit to take your prints please allow one working day for us to post it.
For customers in the UK we will send them via Royal Mail first Class. expect the kit to arrive in 1 to 2 working days.
For international customers please allow for longer delivery. US customers it will take an additional 5 to 7 working days to arrive.
Once you have taken your prints please take a well lit photo or scan & we will begin the design phase.

Bespoke or Custom Orders - Our designs are made to be broken. Well not quite literally but you can play with the concepts such as changing the shape or adding additional features!
