A bit of a slip up in late shipping from company, BUT when I contacted owner to check on it, he apologized and sent an additional bracelet as an apology. What incredible customer care. We are all human, I didn't expect anything extra, but man oh man, I appreciated it, and I would absolutely order here again!

3 out of 5 starsThe key fob is relatively nice - the leather quality could definitely be a bit better - it was quite dry and brittle when it arrived. Now that it's been conditioned several times its looking a little better. It also took a very long time for the order to ship - in fact the seller decreased the price on the key fob before my order ever even shipped, but did not respond to a message asking about the price change - not great customer service there. I should have waited to order and saved myself a few dollars.

How do I care for my leather?
You can use your favorite lotion and rub it into the leather and it should be great. If there is ever a problem of any kind just contact me and I will take care of it!
