The sacral plexus chakra is all about connecting with your emotions, creative expression, sexuality, and abundance in healthy ways.

You feel stifled in your creativity and resentful for not being able to birth your ideas into the world. You may also have relationship issues (platonic and romantic), reproductive issues, or feel unstable or unhealthy around aspects of our sexuality.

When the sacral plexus chakra is in harmony you are in the flow of your creative expression, in touch with pleasure, able to share and express feelings in healthy ways, create and maintain healthy relationships, and are connected to the emotional aspects of sexuality in ways that sustain you. Sacral Plexus Chakra Essential Oil includes the following ingredients:

Essential Oils: Ylang Ylang, Lemon, Patchouli, Sandalwood

Crystals: Carnelian & Moonstone crystals

Other Ingredients: Jasmine flowers, Fractionated Coconut oil

Directions: Shake well and apply to the area 2 inches below the navel or onto your hands. If you choose to put the oil onto your hands- rub them together. Friction releases the scent and energy of the oils. Breathe deeply and imagine the breath energizing the area below your navel. Take the time to intentionally connect with your sacral plexus chakra. Inhale deeply and say, "May I be in touch with my emotions in healthy ways"
