Frequently asked questions
Do you offer any printing or framing services?
Unfortunately I do not offer any printing, framing, or shipping services at this time. Every product is offered as a digital download in order to reach as many individuals as possible around the world.
If you require high quality printing services, there are a number of online outlets--such as shutterfly, fedex, and many more--that will ship worldwide.
How do I print these files?
There are three primary printing options:
1. Print from home with your personal printer.
2. Upload files to an online printing service, such as Shutterfly or Fedex
3. Use a local brick-and-mortar print shop, including Office Depot, Staples, Fedex Kinkos.
What size is this artwork? What if I want a custom size?
All our finished art is optimized for Standard Letter (North America) and A4 (European) paper.
Included are pre-measured sizes for 8x10, 5x7, and 4x6 frames as PDF files. These are designed to be printed on Standard Letter paper and then cut along the trimming guides.
You will receive the original JPEG file, which is 2550px x 3300px at 300dpi. You can use this file to custom print any size you want, but I recommend not going much larger than 11"x14".
