Announcement
Welcome to Belle Babette! Orders will be sent via Australia Post with tracking. Express shipping is available as an upgrade at checkout and is recommended for items needed urgently. Due to postage delays, I'll only be shipping within Australia until further notice. Thanks for your understanding.
I make all items in my home studio here in QLD, Australia. Inspired by nature and vintage crystal sparkle, all items are high quality and made with love. I can also personalise most pieces with Initials and birthstones.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
When placing an order, if no 'Initial' is noted on the order by the customer, a little heart symbol will be added as the default option (one message will be sent)
Please contact me via Etsy if you have any questions.
Care instructions
All metals tarnish and dull over time and all plated metals will eventually wear. It is recommended to keep jewellery away from water, chlorine and sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfumes, lotions, etc. Take off when working out or sleeping as sweat can react to the plating. After wearing, clean your jewellery with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Store your jewellery in an airtight ziplock bag to prolong it's life. Brass items will tarnish over time, they can be polished back to a full shine.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are carefully wrapped in tissue and placed in an organza gift bag. Australian orders can upgrade to a little gift box when selecting the Express shipping option.
What is Gold Vermeil?
Gold Vermeil is genuine .925 sterling silver that has been expertly plated with a thick layer of 14k-24k gold. It is the perfect option for those with metal allergies due to the durable thickness of the gold combined with the base of sterling silver. It allows for high-quality jewelry pieces that look like they might cost a small fortune but are actually fairly priced.
What is Gold Filled?
Gold filled components contain 100+ times more real gold than gold plated components and are very durable and tarnish resistant. Gold filled jewelry is a beautiful, affordable alternative to solid gold, and can be worn by people with sensitive skin.
Custom and personalised orders
Hand-stamped pieces can take longer to be dispatched as I hand-stamp these myself. The impressions are created by hammering onto a blank charm against a solid steel block. PLEASE NOTE there will be a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm which is normal and not a flaw.
Returns and Refunds
If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout or the buyer refused to claim the package, I will re-send the package but the buyer needs to pay for the postage for re-shipping the package. In either case if buyer no longer wants the item(s) a 10% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund and the shipping charge is not refundable.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply on entry into your country. These fees are calculated by your country when your item(s) arrive in your country.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
