Payment

We will appreciate it if you paid for your items upon placing your order, or within a few days through PayPal. Orders will only be put to work once paid. If you have any difficulties paying please let me know.

Please note that if you are paying by e-check on Paypal, your order will be shipped only once we receive notification from Paypal that your e-check has cleared (this process usually takes a few days).

Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped within three business days, after the payment has been processed. Unless otherwise informed- in the case of custom orders, items are not in stock, and will be produced especially for you.

All of my pieces come in a designed package, ready to give as a gift, carefully shipped in a bubble wrap mailer.

I can ship to a third party if you wish your item to be a gift. Please contact me through Etsy.

All items are sent by the UK Royal Mail standard service. If you wish to use a superior service (domestic and international signed for, next day delivery etc...) or would like insurance, please contact me through Etsy and I will send you a revised invoice.

If service by Post Office is used: According to the post office, it normally takes one or two working days within the UK, three working days within the EU and five working days to reach destinations outside EU. Please get back to me if you have not received items within twenty days from posting. For items lost or damaged, refund will be issued in full once I receive compensation from Royal Mail.

If service by other carrier (DHL, FEDEX or UPS) is used: According to the carrier, all claims are subject to the following submission deadlines: Damage - 14 days from the date of despatch. Loss - 28 days from the date of despatch. (Any claim received after these deadlines cannot be accepted.). For items lost or damaged, refund will be issued in full once I receive compensation from the carrier.

Additional charges for customs clearance, if applied, must be paid by the recipient as I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
