How long will it take to process my order?

All items are made to order after your purchase. The standard time for processing your orders is 3-5 business days. This does not include the shipping time. During busy times of the year, the processing time may take between 3 to 7 business days. I want to ensure the best quality possible, so please take production and processing time into account before placing an order. If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please message me before ordering so that I can confirm if I can meet your deadline.

What shall I pay attention to while placing my order?

Please, double check that your Etsy/Paypal account information reflects your current address so that shipped orders will reach you on time. Also, for custom made orders, please don't forget to include your customization in the “note to seller” box during checkout.

Do you send email confirmations when the order is shipped?

Yes. Please keep an eye on your Etsy notifications and emails because you will automatically receive the shipping notification once your order is posted.

Can I track my order?

Yes. For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped with a shipping tracking number. Your tracking information will be included in the shipping notification.

My order was not delivered on the estimated delivery date

The shipping tracking number will allow you to see the estimated delivery date of your item. Please note that the date is “estimated” and not “guaranteed”,so please allow one more business day for delivery if your item did not arrive on time. However, in some circumstances, a missed delivery date is the sign that a parcel is lost, so it's important that you contact me as soon as possible if your parcel is still not delivered by the end of the following business day. I will then contact the shipping carrier to find out more. In most cases, it's just a simple delay, but it's always better to double check with the shipping carrier.

My order arrived damaged

All items are made with love and shipped with care. However, even with the best packing and packaging, things can happen. If your item arrived damaged, rest reassured that I will gladly work with you to refund or replace it. Please keep all the packaging and pieces, take a picture of the damaged item and contact me as quickly as you can (within three days of delivery at the latest) via the Etsy Messaging System. Please include the picture of the damaged item in your message as I'll need to present a photo of the damages to the shipping carrier.

My order is lost / stolen

If your order gets lost, it's a very sad day! I will do all I can to resolved the problem as soon as possible, so please let me know about the issue as soon as you can. For packages lost in transit, I'll cover the costs of making and shipping a replacement for you. I may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. Please note that if the tracking information states that an order was successfully delivered to the correct shipping address, then I won't be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you ask me to reship your order, then any replacements would have to be at your expense.

I received the wrong item(s)

I'm really sorry that I have sent you an item that is different from what you have ordered! Please rest reassured that I will gladly work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please send me a picture of the item(s) you have received using the Etsy messaging system and I'll cover the costs of making and shipping the correct order to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can request a full refund. Please keep the item(s) that you have received with all the packaging as I might ask you to return it/them to me. In that case, I will cover the cost of reshipping the goods to me.
