I have always had a passion for jewelry don't most little girls love to play dress up ? I remember playing with my mom's and grandma's jewelry, fancy dresses and hi heels. I did hate my grandma's mink pelts, they scared me but I wish I had them now ! I and started collecting vintage jewelry, hats and purses about 25 years ago. I love the thrill of the hunt ! I also like everything vintage and love to have things reused and recycled. I have a need to " save " old things.
Well one thing lead to another and my living space got smaller so I started selling vintage online with my own website. I then discovered Etsy and liked the social aspect of Etsy, so I opened shop.

My husband takes our photographs and then he also got the vintage " bug " . I shouldn't really say he " got " the bug because he was always bringing home used things. I remember when our son was little and thinking most little boys would be excited about going to the park but he would ask " when are we going to the dump again Dad ?". I have NEVER gone to the dump,but Don did find an old vintage stand up Coca-cola machine there, which worked but we couldn't find the right Coke bottles for it, but we did keep it in our family room for years until we downsized. He's not so much into jewelry but he does like finding vintage treasures, so I went from Vintage jewelry and finery to all things vintage.
