Be as detailed and informative as you possibly can, and of course images and drawing will be very helpful the process.

• To clean sterling silver wipe it very gently with a soft 100% cotton (nub free) flannel cloth. Don't put pressure on the jewelry to avoid scratching the metal.

• To clean gold coated jewelry: every now and then wash it with lukewarm water and hand soap to clean the color and make it shine. Don't do it very often, once in a couple of months will do.

• Keep each and every piece in separate resealable plastic bags to avoid blackening.

• Remove all jewelry before taking a bath, washing hands, exercising and swimming in the ocean / sea / swimming pool
You can take a shower with solid gold, sterling silver and gold filled jewelry only!

• Avoid your jewelry from coming in contact with lotions and perfume.

Our jewelry comes in an elegant gift box ready for gifting.
If you don't need the package and have no use for it please recycle our products and shipping packages as you normally would - plastics and padded envelopes go in the plastics bin, cardboard boxes and papers into the papers bin (though we do encourage you to keep jewelry boxes, to store your item in).
Alternatively, you can ship packages back to us and we will recycle them for you, please contact us for the address.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
