She has always given me information about the actual whereabouts. It was a pleasure to be in contact with her! And now the blockers are here and they are even nicer than expected. I also wanted to note that the seller was able to get my package sent to me under very difficult circumstances in her country. I was truly amazed by her commitment. Custom and personalized orders
We accept individual orders.
You can order any product.
Just specify the size, color and other details.
Term of manufacturing - 1 week.
Individual order is not refundable and exchangeable.
How do I order a Personalized Item?
During the checkout process you'll see a "Note to Seller" box. Use this space to talk to me. You can be as detailed as you want. If I have any questions about your order, I'll write you.
Packaging
All goods are packed securely.
Package + box.
At the request of the Buyer, we can arrange the goods in gift wrapping.
Package + beautiful box + decorative paper + postcard.
Care instructions and age restrictions
For all products delicate care is intended.
Delicate wash. Horizontal drying.
You can clean products from dust with a hairdryer.
All products in our store are of high quality.
But since all toys for children require quality certificates - for handmade goods - there are no such certificates.
Therefore, we do not recommend our products to children under three years old and characterize the products as interior.
Delivery terms and Lost packages
Delivery time depends on your location. Normal shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (sometimes up to 1 month) depending on your location.
I try my best to ship orders as soon as possible, but please understand that once the package leaves my hands, there is nothing I can do about it.
Delivery times are out of our control.
Parcels arrive more slowly during the holidays.
Also, the parcel may take longer due to Covid-19 and quarantine measures in your country.
A package is considered lost if it does not arrive within 60 days from the date it was sent, and the tracking data confirms this.
While the claim is being processed, we will resend the same items or refund.
Shipping address and Shipping method
Is your address current? Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by ETSY. KnittAngel can not be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses.
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Ukraine.
It includes tracking number and insurance. Each package has delivery confirmation.
If you did not pick up the parcel and it came back to us, we will send it to you again after re-payment for the delivery.
Custom Fees and Duties
Please be aware that all customs fees and any duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.
International orders may have a debt due when your order arrives depending on the country.
For the US, there are no customs fees for purchases under $ 800.
For New Zealand, Norway, Australia, UK, and EU (which pay the tax on Etsy) we include an invoice so you don't have to pay customs duties.
For all other countries, orders are marked on the customs form with a “gift” mark.
If you would like a refund due to a reluctance to pay customs fees, please be aware that Buyer pays return shipping (even if purchased in a free shipping sale) and we will deduct shipping charges and fees from your payment.
Returns and exchanges:
Individual orders and digital goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds due to delivery time are not possible if the package has already been sent.
In a case of receiving damaged item FIRST OF ALL file a claim to the post office employee upon receipt of the package and only then contact us. DO NOT discard the packaging or the item and ALWAYS take a photo of both of them. contact us about a damaged item within 2 days after receiving the item. Be ready to cooperate in a case of non-delivery or receiving damaged item (taking photos, filing, presenting the item and the packaging, etc.), otherwise we will not be able to refund or send you a new item as we cannot take responsibility of any incidents that occur during the shipping of the item

Digital goods are sent automatically after order payment.
Digital goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
