REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products that we are not able to fulfill ourselves, such as clothing, totes, pillows, candles, metal artwork, etc., are fulfilled by our production partner only when they have been ordered by the customer. Because of this we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

If there is a physical defect in the product or the packaging it came in was damaged, please contact us with photo(s) of the defect/damage and we will replace it for you. If we made an error on your order, we will happily send out a replacement to you at no cost.

Please send all correspondence through Etsy Messages to make sure we receive your inquiry.

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Items are mailed to the address associated with your account at the time of purchase. If you've moved, please make sure you've updated your Etsy account to reflect your current address.

Items shown as delivered, but are not found, please check with neighbors and others in the household. If you live in an apartment building, or have community mailboxes, check with the property management office. You can also call your local PO with GPS tracking number and/or check with your mail carrier. If package is still not found, fill out a postal theft form at USPS.com.

We are not responsible for items marked delivered, were lost by carrier or stolen by porch pirates. We have not control of delivery services like USPS or UPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Production times vary by product. In-house order range from 1-5 days while orders using a production partner range from 7-10 business days to process before being shipped.

Please note there are no guarantees your order will arrive within these time frames; times can vary due to postal locations, time of year, and ongoing disruptions. No shipping refunds will be issued for packages upgraded to Priority that arrive later than the time frame originally given.

For every order, you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of your order. Your mail carrier can even use the GPS attached to this number to see exactly where your package is located or where is has been delivered.

CAN I ADD A SPECIAL REQUEST WITH MY ORDER?

Absolutely! We have changed designs to include a dog's name, represent multiple-dog or pet households, used specific colors, flipped images so they face each other, altered images to make legs shorter, a body wider, etc. If you ever have questions, please convo us and we'll be happy to discuss any changes you may need.

CAN I REQUEST AN ANIMAL YOU DON'T CURRENTLY OFFER?

Certainly! We try to stock the most popular animals/breeds, but we don't have every. single. one. If you're looking for another breed of dog, cat, horse, etc. or a completely different animal altogether, contact us as we (a) may already have it ready to go so we can create a listing for you or (b) we'll work to see if it's something we can add to our collection. The more interest there is on a specific animal, the better idea we have that it's something we should permanently add to the store. When in doubt, convo us- we love hearing from you!

DO YOU OFFER LARGER SIZE ARTWORK?

Yes, we have started adding larger size prints as well as framed prints and canvas artwork.

We still create and ship out all 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14 size prints ourselves, but larger sizes, framed art or canvas art would be created and shipped by our production partner. If you see any design and would like it in either a larger size or different medium, just convo us :)

HOW ARE YOUR MUGS CREATED?

Each mug is hand sublimated in our studio using original artwork we created. Because each mug is custom made to order, we use mockups along with several examples of artwork to give you the best idea of what a finished product would look like. Unlike an art print that is printed on paper, mug designs use a sublimation process where images are literally "baked" onto a mug, making the design permanent as well dishwasher and microwave safe. Images won't peel or crack unlike mug designs that rely on vinyl or stickers.

REFUND POLICY OF PURCHASES/PROOFS

After purchase, a proof can be requested showing what the finished design will look like before being produced. In the event an image can't be created that matches what customer is envisioning, a refund of the purchase price less a $15 artist fee will be given. Each design is one-of-a-kind, with a great deal of time and effort taken. They cannot be resold or used for any other purpose due to their custom nature.

If customer wishes to cancel an order AFTER a proof has already been approved, a 50% refund of the purchase price will be given. No refunds will be given for orders in which the proof was approved and product has already been created and is either (1) ready for shipment or (2) already shipped to customer.

CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM PIECE OF ART CREATED?

Absolutely! We can create a custom listing for you that you can then purchase to create a product not already offered in the store.

Due to the completely custom nature of these pieces, these listings come with a non-refundable fee of $15 to cover their creation and to send design proofs. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the proofs, we will refund your purchase price, less the $15 artist fee.
