Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as most of our items are personalized and cannot be resold. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us right away.
My order was damaged during shipping. What can I do?
We take great care in packaging our products to withstand the shipping process and arrive to you safely. But in the event something arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us right away. We will need you to submit photos of the damaged item and the shipping material in order to process your replacement.
Do you accept custom orders?
We love custom orders! Many of our products can be personalized, but if you don't see what you are looking for, please contact us for custom rates.
Do you offer digital files for commercial use?
Because our designs and characters are recognizable as part of our brand, we do not offer digital files for commercial use or for use as profile avatars.
