I started spinning when I got my first Angora rabbit. I have always had other breeds of rabbits but never an Angora. I wanted to learn how to spin the fiber. So I started on a drop spindle for awhile then decided to get a wheel. My first wheel was a Clemes & Clemes modern wheel I got off Craigslist. Was a bit of a learning curve learning to use it but I prevailed.  I learned that I love spinning and with practice started making beautiful yarns.

I make worsted and woolen yarns from wool, alpaca, angora, mohair, and other fibers occasionally. I have a hard time reproducing my work so most yarns are one of a kind. I will occasionally have raw Angora fiber, dyed roving, and knitted items for sale. I work full-time as well so my time available to make yarn and other things is a bit more limited than others.
