Colour & Print Disclaimer
Due to variations shown on devices that you may use to view our products, such as computers and mobile phones, the colours shown on screen may appear differently to the product you receive. We cannot guarantee that the colours on screen will be identical or 100% accurate to their printed counterparts.
When we need to describe certain colours/styles we may use the same colour for different options. For example, the colour 'pink' comes in many different shades. In our personalised portrait products, there will be many hairstyles which are named as the same colour (e.g blonde), however each will have it's own unique colouring.
We cannot be held responsible for these differences. By completing your order you agree to these terms.

We have a range of shipping upgrades to choose from at checkout, if you require your items faster than the standard delivery suggests. Delivery times are are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

How to Personalise an Order
For greeting cards, you can request a personalised message to be printed on the inside of the card by selecting this option in the drop down menu. There is a personalisation box on the order page (Click *Add Personalisation* to view this) where you can type your message.
For illustrated wedding cards, please follow the instructions on the listing on how to place an order. You will need to complete the styling template provided with your hairstyles, skin tones, outfit & card wording options in the same personalisation box we mentioned above.
For wedding stationery, please send us a message or an email with your order # along with any personalisation details such as; wording & colour schemes so we can create your designs.
Digital Downloads
If you have purchased an Instant digital download, please note once payment has been processed we cannot issue a refund on these orders.
If you have ordered a Personalised Digital file, we can cancel and refund your order only up until the point where the file has been sent to you. Once the file has been sent, refunds are no longer permitted.
Our digital download wedding cards do not come with a proofing service. We send the designs as flat PDF files which means if we needed to amend any one aspect of the design we would need to remake the entire file. For this reason, amendments are not included in the cost of the file.
Wedding Stationery
Our wedding stationery is handmade, and whilst every effort is made to make them uniform, there may be slight variations between sets. This is because our stationery is trimmed and finished by hand, therefore this is not a fault of the product. We have a 3mm margin on all sides of our prints to allow for variation differences.
Once your designs are approved for printing, no further adjustments are able to be made. Due to the personalised nature of our products, please note that they are excluded from exchanges, returns or refunds unless they are faulty. Spelling errors or misinformation supplied by the buyer is not classed as faulty, as it is the buyers responsibility to check this prior to sending it to us. We do not spellcheck.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns on unpersonalised items. You must inform us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery, and you have a further 14 days to get the item back to us. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, in a resalable condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage. If you are outside of the UK, you must mark your package as 'RETURN' otherwise we may incur custom fees. Any custom fees we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item back, we will refund your order in full minus upgraded postage options. If you are outside the UK/EU, we will refund your item cost only, but not the outgoing shipping cost.
Personalised items are exempt from returns or refunds unless faulty.
Illustrated Wedding Cards
Here are some helpful tips and disclaimers regarding our illustration cards:
1. Each hairstyle has its own unique colouring, so although two hairstyles may be labelled as 'brown', they each have their own unique shade of brown.
2. We have two 'bob' length hairstyles, straight & beachy. If your notes ask for 'bob' only, we'll assume you want the first straight bob style.
3. Hairstyles marked with * are long and may distort any dress details/wording on dressing robes.
4. We don't recommend skin tone 2 for bridesmaids who wear the dusky or blush colour dresses, as the skin tone may clash with the dress colours.
5. Skin tones 1, 2, 3 are fair/tan tones and 4, 5 and 6 are brown/dark tones.
6. Colours may appear different on the prints.
HELP! My Order Hasn't Arrived / Is Faulty!
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery dates shown in the 'Delivery & Shipping' note above, please pop us a message so we can look into this!
If your order has arrived damaged during transit, we're so sorry! In order for us to issue a replacement order, please provide photos of the damaged order including the outer packaging with the shipping label attached. You must report all issues within 14 days of delivery.
Please note, we cannot replace orders where you have changed your mind or made an error on a personalised product. We do not spell check personalisation provided to us, please ensure your wording is correct when ordering. But if the error was ours, we'll always fix it free of charge!
Gift Wrap
If you'd like to give yourself or a friend one of our products, we can offer a gift wrapping service at checkout.
If you have ordered multiple products to be sent to your own address, they will be gift wrapped as a bundle (not individually). If you have ordered one card to be sent directly to the recipient, it will be enveloped and then gift wrapped. Our gift wrapping is pink tissue paper.
If you would like each individual product gift wrapped, please message us as the checkout fee is for one product/order. Small orders are sent in board mailers and larger orders may be sent in boxes for added protection.
Please note, orders that are only marked as a 'Gift' at checkout won't be gift wrapped.
