Our current production time is 8-9 business days. Please note that production time is counted from the time I got all information necessary from you to process your order (personalization details etc.), or after all changes are finalized and confirmed.
The estimated shipping times within US as follow:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- USPS First Class Mail (or our Free Shipping option) : 5-7 days
- UPS Express Mail: 1-2 days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. Standard: Transit times can vary HUGELY. Typical transit times are 10-21 days (usually 10 for Canada and the UK) but occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't common, but it happens occasionally.
2. International Express: Typically takes 3-5 working days subjected to custom/remote area/weather delay.

Personalized orders sometimes get held up if we don’t have all the info we need. If you make sure you leave complete personalization details in the notes when you checkout, it will help avoid delays :)
Delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, post offices, carriers and other unforeseeable circumstances.
Customs/Duty charges for international orders: We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. So please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies if you’re concerned.

We will not be responsible for any case of mail marked as delivered, but was actually stolen/lost. For mails marked as ‘undelivered’, please contact us.
