Most of my garments are custom made to order garment so no exchanges and refunds are allowed. Other colours and sizes can be produced, ask for more detailed information. Some personalised colours and sizes may modify the preparation period. Please contact me always before buying any item.

CHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the fact that almost all garments are made to order and personalized, returns or exchange are not accepted. All garments are handmade so I have very high quality standards. However, note that precisely because of being handcrafted, garments may have small alterations result of manual labor.
WITHDRAWAL Due to the nature of items, unless the garment is damaged or defective, I do not accept the refund of: Custom-made and made to order products.

You have the right to withdrawal the contract without justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party you nominated and who is not the carrier, received the goods. Your right to withdraw is subject to the following conditions:

- The garments must be returned intact, without having been used or damaged. - Garments must keep the label attached to the garment as when received. - The garments are returned in their original packaging and in the conditions in which it was received, or alternatively, packaged so that their safety is guaranteed during the journey.

- The garments of the same order must be returned together. Returns of the same order sent separately will not be accepted.

*PROCESS: In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform (ALICIA GONZALEZ LOPEZ, C/CAMPOAMOR 43- 08907 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, E-MAIL: the.odd.one.out.design @gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by mail or email) before the deadline mentioned (14 days from the goods arrival).

*REFUND: Unless one of the conditions stated above (CONDITIONS) are not complish, I will refund all the money received from your purchase within 14 days from the date I receive the garments. Reimbursement will be made by the same payment

All garments are labelled with their care instructions and also, you can find their instructions on each of the listings, but in general, the main care instructions are as follows:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

° Cold water hand wash
° Lay flat to dry
° Do not tumble dry
° Do not dry clean
° Do not bleach
° Iron with steam (max 100ºC) without touching the garment

You can decide to provide me your measurements: height, chest girdth, waist girdth and hips girdth or ask for a standard size. Nevertheless, my standard sizes are always applied to the customer's main measurements and height.

I always try to follow standard sizes adapted to each customer measurements. Paying special attention to lengths. It's not the same a M size for someone 1,55m as a M size for a person 1,75cm.
