I'm seeing a different font/s than the ones I saw in your listing previews.
To avoid seeing a different font than the one/s I used in my designs, please make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader (it´s called Adobe Reader DC). This software is completely FREE and can be downloaded here: get.adobe.com/reader
Can I edit this printable/s on a Mac computer?
If you are using a Mac, the file must be personalized on Adobe Reader, not Preview, the default PDF reader for Mac. Just open the file by right clicking on the icon, selecting "Open with --> Adobe Reader". That will prevent the use of Preview, the default PDF viewer for Mac computers.
Can I edit the file/s on my phone or tablet?
No, sorry, that the file/s cannot be customized on your phone or tablet, just on a personal computer.
Can I send my invitation as an evite?
No, because the files are editable PDFs, and cannot be sent that way. But don´t worry! Just send me the updated file to my email (partyprintables2go [at] gmail.com, and I will send you back your invitation in JPG format.
Can I print your bottle labels or circle labels on Avery pre-cut labels?
No, sorry, they were not made to be printed on pre-cut labels. I recommend printing them on full label sheets (letter size) and then cut the labels with a xacto knife and ruler, or a 2 in. circle punch for the circle labels.
I´m not seeing text on the PDF files.
If you are not seeing any font at all, please make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader (it´s called Adobe Reader DC). This software is completely FREE and can be downloaded here: get.adobe.com/reader

How do I personalize the file/s?
After installing the latest version of Adobe Reader DC (you can get it for free at get.adobe.com/reader) just open the PDF file/s and replace my sample wording on the highlighted fields with your text. The fonts are already embedded on the document.
I need to make the font of the name smaller/larger. Can I do that?
Of course! You just need to press CTRL+E (CMD+E on Mac) on Adobe Reader DC while editing the name. That will bring up the "Text Properties" box. After that, just select the whole name and change the font size on the dialog box. That way you can alter the size to fit your son´s name.
Can I print your designs online / edit them on Photoshop - Illustrator?
No, since they are password protected PDFs. You cannot send the PDF as is to places as Vistaprint. But I can make you a JPG version of your invitation, free of charge! Just ask me on Etsy´s message system.
To protect my designs, the files are protected with password. This will allow you to edit the text in Adobe Reader DC, but you cannot edit the file in Photoshop or Illustrator.
