Shipping

I use an outside manufacturer in the US to produce and ship my products.

Production of finished item is usually 5-10 working days but can sometimes take up to 10 days and during busy seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday / Cyber Monday and Christmas this can take longer.

Please note that if you have purchased more than one item, the items
may be sent separately and on different days, due to the weight of the items and production process.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US: ALL ITEMS ARE SENT FROM THE US
Shipping is estimated to be between 5 - 15 business days and has tracking . Occasionally deliveries can take longer which is out
of my control, however, I will help you keep track of your parcel
should this happen. During the busy seasons, especially Christmas
deliveries may take longer, due to this I cannot 100% guarantee delivery on time
for Christmas or Birthday dates.

In the event that a parcel has been marked delivered and you do not have
it, please check at your local post office as it may be held there before
being delivered to your address. If the parcel cannot be found we will
send a replacement item to you.

IMPORTANT ADDRESSES:
Please provide your full name, first and surname and FULL address, especially apartment numbers, to ensure you receive your item/s. If we cannot verify your
address we will not be able to put your order into production, I will contact you via Etsy messaging and email as soon as possible so that we can move forward with your
order as soon as we can.

If you only provide one name for your address, I will add 'Etsy Order' as your
second name on the address.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF US) ALL ITEMS ARE SENT FROM THE US
Delivery is estimated between 2-5 weeks.
Please note that items are sent WITHOUT tracking.
International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In some situations, you may be required to collect your item from you local postal
office. You should receive a note through your letterbox to advise you of this.

If you have not heard anything by 5 weeks of dispatch, you will need to pop into
your local postal office to check if they have a parcel under your name and address.

It is possible that your parcel is being held because of extra fees that need to be
paid before receiving your parcel.

Deliveries to Europe and the UK will most likely have custom fees to pay and delivery delays. At this point in time, I am not too sure about other international deliveries.

Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders, so please feel free to contact me with your request.

Design: Please let me know what type of design, colors, patterns you require.

Size: Currently I only work to the standard sizes mentioned on listings, I do not have other size options available.

Can you make a different size?

Currently the sizes I have available are the sizes specified on each listing. I am unable to make items to custom sizes.

Why does the price change when I check out?

If you are viewing a listing that offers multiple items, such as a shower curtain / bathroom listing or duvet / comforter listing,
the price shown by default is for the lowest cost item.

To find the price of the item you require, please see the drop down menu to the right hand side (under the price). Here you will find the items you can order on this listing and their individual prices.

How do I order multiple items on a listing?

To order different items on one listing, please head to the drop down menu on the right hand side (under price).

Select one item and add it to the cart, then continue to check out.

Why are my items delivered in separate parcels and days?

If you purchase multiple items these are all ordered at the same time with my manufacturer, however some items take different production times to make. An item is dispatched as soon as it is ready. Also due to weight and size some items do have to be shipped in separate parcels.
