Overall the items were nice, but a few of them didn't come out as expected. I believe more of a problem with my liking versus the seller's production.

Never even received my item, had a hard time getting any answers from the seller. Even after being charged extra for expedited shipping. Order on 11/11 was supposed to receive on 11/18-11/24, kept looking for updates, was told it was lost and she started a claim and would send a new one. A few days later kept asking for updates on the new one and got no answers. Bummed because it looked cute and was meant to be a Christmas present.

BUYER BEWARE! Shop owner received payment on 9/28. I messaged her on 10/18 for a status update. She said that it would be shipped AFTER saying that she was within her estimated delivery window . That window past as of 10/31. She also upcharged the shipping method and cost. It would have been more expensive to ship USPS Priority Express than the ordered item. I did get my money back. .. after my credit card service and Etsy stepped in.

Item arrived damaged. Seller was contacted immediately and said she would she would send a label so we could we ship it back for a replacement. It's been well over 2 months with no label and we again contacted to be told she forgot. Again, no label has been sent. We have requested a refund. No response.

The craftsmanship is fantastic. I love this sign. Will use it for years to come Thank you

fabulous cut outs. thought i ordered one for each month. no biggie just need to order more. thanks. btw i asked my aunt and she verified you quoted $20 at bazaar. for all pieces non painted no board. with one cutout. thank you for the “O”. love it all.
