Najlaa comes up with the concepts, designs the products and cuts the patterns, chooses the fabrics and colors used in every product in the shop. She is also in charge of all customer service correspondence.

Narimane works exclusively with Najlaa to sew by hand or by machine the majority of the leather items, she is also the shipper and in charge of making sure all orders are fulfilled swiftly.

Ahmed is the shop's poofs, shoes, bags and wallets maker, the quality of his work is second to none.
