I don't refund douane fees. Douane fees is part of customer duty in export affair.

I will ship your L'Officina's goods wherever you are!
If you don't see your country in my shipping prices, please convo me.
I will ship your purchase within 3/5 business days from payment and I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped.
Be sure your address is correct; if you don't specify anything different I will ship to your Etsy address.
If the first shipment is free I can't ship for free the second time for:
- Changed items
- returned shipment to sender when postal service is unable to forward.
- you change your addres but the parcel has already be shipped.

I will ship with Priority Mail, unless you ask differently (than convo me before order or write what kind of shipping you need: express, insured, tracked, etc... in the "Message to seller" section and I will send you an invoice for the difference ). For parcel more than 2 Kg I 'll ship with Ordinary Parcel Mail. Let me know if you want other kind of shipping. If the amount of the invoice is over 100€ I suggest an insurance shipping.

I will not be responsible for the destiny of uninsured packages.

In the case of return item I don't refund shipping cost and douane fees. So I ask you to contact your douane to know how much you have to spend for shipping cost.
