Team Spirit Award Nomination Form
Throughout November and December of 2011 we will be granting specific Etsy Teams with a weekly Team Spirit Award to recognize hard work and exemplary accomplishments. What exactly IS team spirit, you ask? Well, we want you to tell us!

We believe that team spirit takes many forms — it can refer to the impact a team has on its community, the way members support one another, or the success of a collaborative project.

We want Etsy Teams to lead by example, and get recognition for the amazing work that they do all year round. Team Spirit Award recipients will be announced every Monday in the Teams Newsletter (sign up to receive that at etsy.com/mailinglist ), be featured in a Community Stories post on the Etsy Blog and receive a <b>handmade trophy</b> in the mail!
