Q: HOW LONG TO WAIT MY ORDER?

As a general rule, packages going to Europe arrive in about 2-3 weeks, and all other areas arrive within 2-4 weeks. BUT sometimes packages to International destinations may take 3-5 weeks to arrive due to customs delays in your country. WE ARE NOT responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Delivery time is 5-10 Business days to arrive worldwide (excluding a day of a shipment).

Should your package become lost during transit please contact us after 30 days from the shipping date and we will work with you to try to locate your item.

Should your package get sent back to us due to being unclaimed or a wrong address you are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you want us to try to re-ship the item back to you.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days from shipping date and we could work out a refund. Please note that shipping charge are not refunded and buyer is responsible for the shipping charge of returning the item.
All refund items must be returned in their original and unused condition.

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.

5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
