My work this year is based on a daily art challenge that I set up for myself, in order to push myself to explore new subject matter and ideas.
Friends and family helped me generate a list of 365 random words. Each day, I show up, make something, and share it to Facebook and Instagram.
Most of my work is a combination of ink, watercolor, and colored pencil, on archival quality watercolor paper. Some pieces are photographs that I’ve shot and then manipulated with Artisto filters. My photos can be printed in a variety of formats.
Any original design can be re-created as a commissioned piece, tailored to client needs and preferences, such as size, color palette, and materials.
Not all of the daily art pieces are for sale, as some were created as gifts. Some of the pieces are based on photographs, licensed characters or products, and I’m not selling those, because they aren’t my creative property.
