Your portfolios are meant to be handled with care! To keep them looking sharp for years to come, please be sure to keep the following tips in mind:

→ Only use a microfiber cloth to clean the portfolio surface
→ DO NOT use chemicals for cleaning the material (water can be used to clean acrylic portfolios)
→ Store bamboo portfolios in a cool, dry space
→ When assembling your portfolio, place it on top of a microfiber towel to prevent any scratches and to protect the hinges and screws
→ Inner screwposts only need to be tightened by hand when adding your pages inside

If you are working around a tight deadline, we recommend placing your order with express shipping. Leave us a detailed message in the note section at checkout with your deadline to receive the portfolio along with any other applicable details.

This is the best way to ensure your order is in progress as quickly as possible! While we can't always get to messages right away, our orders are checked multiple times daily.

If for any reason we feel that the deadline can not be fulfilled you will be notified within 24 hours and a full refund will be issued. Please be sure to check your ETSY account for messages regarding your order.

If you add customization service to your order, please send us your logo/design as a high resolution PDF file via ETSY MESSAGE or EMAIL along with any details about color, placement, or any other applicable information- SleekPortfolios@gmail.com

Logos should be in VECTOR format- ie. created in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or similar vector program. This is very important and will ensure that your order can be completed without any delays from improper file type! Please be sure to convert all text to "outlines" before saving your file.

JPEG and Photoshop files may not work properly, please message us a copy of your design before ordering to ensure it's something we can work with.

All portfolios can accommodate up to 30 inserts- pages, sheet protectors, or adhesive strips.

Returns are accepted on unused portfolios without customization in their original plastic wrap. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you need to make a return request and we will provide return shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted on opened portfolios or packages adhesive strips.

In the rare event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please reach out to us for a resolution, we are happy to help! In the event of a damaged item, please hold onto ALL shipping materials, boxes, packaging, etc. as this is required for the postal service claim process. USPS
and UPS may request that the damage item & packaging be picked up for inspection.
