1. Orders will be mailed through Croatian Post by registered, insured international mail with tracking number. SIGNATURE OF AUTHORIZED RECIPIENT is required upon delivery.

2. USA customers- Sometimes delivery can be longer than usual 15-21 days.

3. Faster shipping method is also available.

4. Please confirm that your address is correctly listed and up to date with ETSY.

5. Orders that are returned to my address due to an incorrect address will either be resent at additional cost to the customer, or fully refunded minus shipping cost.

6. Any mistakes in shipping due to my fault or mistake, I take full responsibility in remedying the situation.

7. For unclaimed/returned packages, shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

Customs fees and taxes will vary (therefore it is impossible for me to give you any estimates for it), and I recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Please contact your post office for estimate cost of return.

I will issue refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Returned items must be unworn, in original condition.

Please package the item in "safe and secure" way.

Refund is not available for custom orders.
