Will I receive a proof prior to printing?
Upon request.
Proofs are not sent prior to printing unless specifically requested OR if the order exceeds 100 cards.
***Please note that proofs require 1-2 additional days for processing.***

How will my order be packaged?
All orders are carefully packaged in Swoon Paper Co. branded packaging.
Stationery sets are packaged in our premium white stationery box with a clear top and closure band.
Notepads, gift tags and other items are bagged in a branded, resealable clear sleeve.
Orders are shipped in a box or rigid envelope, properly padded and secured with recycled packing paper if needed, to protect items in transit.
May I include a gift message?
Yes! If your order is going straight to a lucky recipient, select 'This is a gift' from your cart page and the option to leave a gift message will become available. Your message will be typed onto a small white card and placed in a 'Gift For You' envelope within the package.
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
We do not include invoices with our shipments, so pricing is never revealed.
Where do I leave my information for personalization?
Personalization information is collected on the item listing page and must be provided before adding it to your cart. Please read the personalization instructions carefully to ensure we receive all of the information needed to process your order as quickly as possible!
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes! Additional items ship at no extra charge and all orders of $50 or more ship for free.
Combined and/or free shipping is available for one shipment to one address.
To ship items to more than one address, please place separate orders.
How can I expedite my order?

Is your logo printed on the stationery?
Yes. The Swoon Paper Co. logo is tastefully printed on the back of all our paper goods to provide a professional assurance amongst consumers. Our logo is simply our name and website in small, light grey text:

Do you sell digital files?
Currently, Swoon Paper Co. does not sell digital, printable or DIY files. Only physical, printed items may be purchased.
