We'd like to provide faster and more secure shipping services to our US customers. So we will bring US orders across the border to ship via USPS. We will clear customs for you and ship your order from New York State. The package will have a tracking number.
Customers from Canada will be shipped with Canada Post. It will have a tracking number.
For international customers, the orders will be sent with an international carrier. The package will have a tracking number and it may take between 6-20 business days to be delivered.
All my creations are handmade with love and attention to detail for everyone.

The post lost/ delayed my order, can I receive a refund?
If the post office lost or delayed your order, your order cannot be refunded. It's not our responsibility anymore once the package is placed at the Postal Office.
