4 out of 5 starsI suggest tying the draw strings in knots as quickly as possible so they don't pull through. This happened to me and it was a bit of a struggle to get it back through. Otherwise, this product is awesome!

4 out of 5 starsI love this cape. It was the perfect touch for the costume I was making. It should be noted for future buyers, however, that this cape is listed as having a length of 55" inches as it's standard length. The standard size that I ordered came at a length of 68" so I did need to cut the finished edge, leaving the edge unfinished. So you might want to specify a custom length if you are wanting anything less than 68". They have a warehouse in florida but these are made in Ukraine.

The garment is incredible quality, with clean lines and not a thread out of place. I received many compliments on my cloak. It was also very comfortable! Overall, this seller is fantastic to work with and delivers high quality garments, I would absolutely work with them again!

Policy on delivery
Delivery is available worldwide. All EU orders will be sent by Ukrainian mail special delivery. Overseas orders will be sent by Ukrainian air mail special delivery. Please note that your country may impose custom charges, which we are not responsible for.
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately about any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.
Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct. We always ship to the Etsy address unless the client requests otherwise.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom items are made to measure, therefore exempt from distance selling regulations regarding cancellation. You can cancel an order for a custom item only within 48 hours from the time when order was placed. After this time we will not accept cancellations as your item will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. We are not responsible for corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
Policy on returns
All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.
How to take measurements
Please make measurements with care. Corsets and costumes made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer cannot be returned.
Measurements should be taken over an unpadded bra, preferably not after a full meal. When taking measurements around the body take care that the tape measure does not slip down, it should be snug but not too tight.
It may be useful to have someone help you to measure to insure they are as accurate as possible.
Double check all your measurements. If there are any you are unsure of feel free to ask our advice.
Care instructions
Dresses and costumes:
Our dresses and costumes are created of delicate fabrics with hand-made decorations. That's why we strongly recommend not to clean them by yourself but encourage you to use dry cleaning service instead.
Corsets:
Our corsets are made with plastic coated sprung steel bones. In order to preserve their life and prevent them from rusting your corset must never be washed or submerged in water.Small marks can be cleaned with a damp cloth and from time to time it can be dry cleaned, but after most wearings it will be enough to hang your corset over a chair back, inside out, to air.
Always store your goods out of direct sunlight as the delicate outer fabrics can fade easily.
What if the order is lost in delivery?
If the delivery time of your order has exceeded the deadlines indicated by us, and the tracking information is not updated - write to us and we will organize a search for your parcel.
When the postal service searches your parcel and finds it, the parcel will be sent on to you. If the postal service declares the parcel lost, we will replace your order or make a refund for it of your choice.
