We're more than willing to answer questions about anything in the shop.
Although we put plenty effort in packaging your item for shipment, we cannot control what the post office will do with packages after they have been shipped.
But, if something has happened to the package in transit, please contact us immediately.
Any requests for returns must be received within 14 business days of the package delivery date.
Buyers based in EU member countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item.
This right does not extend to custom-made products and digital content, including artwork and patterns.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or returns on custom or special orders, also on digital downloads.
All other returns will be considered on a case by case basis. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction fees incurred.
DAMAGES (WARRANTY) . We put every effort to make solid and reliable products.
We give 2 year warranty for manufacturing defect.
Although we cannot be held liable for any general or specific indirect damage, of any kind, suffered by the buyer, if anything happen to your item please contact us, we are more than willing to help you.
