-Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of when your package was delivered. We do not refund shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Jewellery Care - There are a few things to consider before purchasing:
- Do not get your jewellery wet as water can tarnish the metal
- Avoid contact with chemicals, lotion and/or body products
- Store all jewellery in a clean and dry environment.
- Our jewellery is hardy, but we still ask that you treat it with care.
-To keep your leather cuff in the best condition please keep it away from water.

Choker Necklace Thread Size:

Use a tape measure to take the size of your neck.
We recommend that you add up 1 cm | 4" of your size for comfort.
If you don't have a measure, wrap a thin string around your neck and then lay it down on a ruler to know your size.

All our Chokers have extenders, so if the size is off by little you won't have a problem.

Every piece comes with its own beautiful gift wrapping.

We use Zamak Metal, a high quality material.
The blend of zinc, aluminium and copper make Zamak a great material that has the perfect hardness for fashion accessories. Zamak is designed for people with sensitive skin; due to its purity, it provides hypoallergenic properties. On top of that, the ornament received a galvanic finish to it give color and a layer of varnish that guarantees a greater durability of the same.

Our jewelry is made with great care and is of great quality. Wether it is worn every day or on occasion, it is a precious piece that requires special attention.

Avoid contact with water, perfume and chemical and cosmetic products as much as possible. To slow the natural tarnishing process, protect your jewelry from humidity and extreme heat. When you are not wearing it , store it in its original box or in individual pouches.

If your jewelry is dusty or shows fingerprints, rub it gently with a soft cloth. If it is tarnished or slightly oxidized, clean it with warm water and rub it doing regular movements and always in the same direction with a soft cloth. Wipe it gently afterward.
