Delivery

I send my orders with Royal Mail, if you require special delivery or signed for, please contact me before making the transaction; I will calculate the shipping cost and create a custom listing for you.

UK - Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post and should arrive within 1-2 days.

With all international orders buyer is responsible for any customs duties incurred on the packages.

INTERNATIONAL - Orders are sent International Standard and should arrive within a week or two, but can sometimes take much longer, depending on security at customs/frequency of airmail flights etc.

There are currently delays being experience between the UK and the US at present with some mail taking up to 6 weeks or more to arrive.

I cannot deal with any claims for lost parcels until 15 WORKING (Mon - Fri) days have passed for UK orders and 25 working days for International orders. These are the guidelines set by Royal Mail and I cannot deal with missing parcels until this time.

Once a claim has been made I will arrange to send you a replacement, an alternative if no longer available or a refund.

A customs declaration form will be completed on posting for all international parcels and it is once again noted that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred on receipt of the parcel into your country.
