Can't thank Priya enough for my new Mala. It is very well-made and the 12mm beads are easier to work with than previous malas with smaller beads. As for custom alterations, Priya got back to me very quickly, answered my questions, and sent me a picture of the finished mala before shipping, which I really appreciated.
