I can also recycle customers silver & gold into new pieces! I enjoy working with customers to create a piece that you & your family can enjoy for several years to come. I'll go that extra mile to get you exactly what you're looking for including but not limited to: special stone orders, design consultation, payment plans, etc.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, but reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries. Canada Post does not offer affordable tracking outside of North America and therefore, I am not responsible for any packages that are seized by customs or lost in transit. Due to different rules on duties, taxes and tariffs among countries, by purchasing this product you agree it will be your responsibility to pay for any additional customs fees.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I'd be happy to work with you to get the piece of jewelry you've been looking for. I accept all forms of credit, PayPal and Etsy gift cards. No items will be package or shipped until payment has been verified.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! If you're in Nova Scotia, please reach out & I would be happy to arrange to bring you the jewels in person.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you are at all unhappy with your item, please let me know within 7 days and we can discuss your options. If an item arrives damaged, please take pictures as soon as you receive it and send them to me A.S.A.P.

This policy applies to items returned within 30 days from the date payment is received.

What if my item is damaged 30 days after purchase or after?

All of my pieces are crafted with the utmost care and attention to ensure it will last a lifetime and beyond of wear. I stand behind the quality of my work. If anything ever happens, I would love to hear from you & see some photos of the damage to best advise you on how to correct it. Wherever possible, I will gladly repair my pieces regardless of how the damage occured. Charges may apply.

What if I gave you the wrong address when I checked out?

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all address and shipping information is entered correctly prior to submitting their order. Please contact me as soon as you catch the error & I will do everything within my power to assist you in correcting it.

Is there anything else I should know?

Please note that I do my best to take photos that accurately represent the item you are receiving under daylight bulbs. Different monitors on phone or computer screens may distort colour slightly. If you would like additional photos or a video of a piece, please reach out & I would be happy to help.

The items in my shop are all meticulously handmade. Due to this, there may be slight imperfections. I do my best to accurately portray these imperfections on all pictures. If you are unsure, please request more photos. A lot of time and effort goes into making these one of a kind treasures, so I do my best to make sure they are durable & will withstand the tests of time.

Do you have other shipping policies I should be aware of?

I do my best to ship made-to-order items within 1-3 business days. If you require your item sooner than this please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate. All items are shipped with standard mail. I choose the least expensive option for the customer. However, this may mean that tracking is unavailable. Should you require a tracking number, please inform me through a private message and we will discuss the additional shipping costs.
