Frequently asked questions
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
All orders are usually made and processed within 5 - 7 working days. Once your order has been made and dispatched you will receive a notification to notify you that the item has been dispatched.
How is your Jewellery made?
All jewellery at Heartful London is made by hand, the metal is cut before adding the lettering and designs, I then polish each piece before infilling the text and design with professional jewellers grade enamel. Each pendant is then mounted onto a chain of your choice before packaging in our extra special heartful jewellery boxes.
Custom and personalised orders
I do offer custom and personalised orders. Please contact me with your request and I will be happy to assist you.
Can I return an item?
Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything that has been specially made or ordered with your choice of image, name, location, fabric, message or any other customised feature which has made the item unique to you.
Custom and personalised orders
If an incorrect address has been given, please contact me as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched I will and can update the address. However if an order has already been dispatched I will be unable to change the address whilst in transit. In this case the parcel will be returned to me and the buyer (you) will be responsible for the postage costs for the item to be re-sent to you. Returns of parcels can take up to 4 weeks to be returned. If you would like further clarity please contact me.
I have provided an incorrect address for my order, can I change the address?
If an incorrect address has been given, please contact me as soon as possible.
If the order has not been dispatched I will and can update the address.
If the order has already been dispatched I am unable to change the address whilst it is in transit. In this case the parcel will be returned to me and the buyer (you) will be responsible for the postage costs for the item to be re-sent to you. Returns of parcels can take up to 4 weeks to be returned.
If you have made a mistake with your address and your order has been dispatched, please let me know and contact me with the correct address so that I can look out for the returned package.
How can I track my order?
To track your order you must have selected the 'Express' option located at the checkout when you made the purchase. Your tracking number can be found within the 'purchases' tab on etsy and you can then track your order via the Royal Mail website here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
If you did not select the 'Express' option, your package has been sent via standard post and tracking is not available. I can however request GPS co-ordinates and delivery confirmation after 30 days in the event that the package has not been received. If your delivery estimation time has passed, please contact me and I will do everything I can to assist you.
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas 2022?
To receive your order in time for Christmas you must place your order by the following dates:
UK: Saturday 3rd of November 2022
EU & International: Saturday 26th of November 2022
All orders placed after this time will NOT arrive in time for Christmas.
