***When choosing express shipping, it will expedite the shipping time but not the processing (time to make the product)
***Please make sure you verify your address before you check out. If it is a gift, you can click the "is this a gift" button which will allow you to input the recipient's address and a gift card. If an incorrect address is given, it can take weeks to months for the product to make its way back to us so we can reship it with the correct address.
***Please check the shipping times before checking out. We would not like to disappoint our customers who are needing a product quicker and are unaware of the time it takes to make and ship a product (holidays can take a little longer)
***If you are adding a photo to your purchase, complete the purchase and then open up a chat with us to send the photo (s). This will allow the photo to automatically attach to your order. There will not be a prompt at checkout to upload the photo!
***Please feel free to request a custom quote in the personalization box at checkout. Just make sure to note if the custom quote will be replacing the standard quote on the product!

They even redid the first one ordered last fall so that the color was identical and they kindly agreed to send me bases for the larger sign (while waiting for the bases). When Will My Order Ship?
Shipping times may vary by product. Please check the shipping and policies tab before purchase to find delivery times for your item.
What happens if I do not send photos before the lantern ships?
We will try to contact you through Etsy and email before the lantern ships. If we do not receive photos by the ship date we will send the lantern with frosted inserts and once you have photos chosen we will send the replacements free of charge.
Do you offer rush processing?
We do not currently offer rush processing on our orders. Each item purchased from our store is extremely important to us and represents a loss of a loved friend or family member. Every order is a priority for us and is made with love within our stated timeframe in the order in which we receive them. Be assured your item will not be set aside to complete other orders.
Can I customize a quote?
Yes, we welcome custom quote and design requests!
Do you send Proofs of the product before shipping?
We currently only send proofs on the products before shipping if it is requested in the "notes to sellers" portion of the order at checkout.
