How do I edit a resume/CV template from this shop?
After you have downloaded and opened the files, the first step to editing a resume/CV template from Changeability Career Services is to click "enable editing" at the top of Microsoft Word. This is the only way to view the resume template in its intended format and to edit the text in the template. Then you can change headers, fonts, colors, and more. Additional instructions for editing are listed in the Instructions document included with this purchase.

Changeability Career Services resume/CV templates generally work in Microsoft Word 2013 or newer on both Windows and Mac computers. Please read the item description before purchasing. All file downloads from every Changeability Career Services resume/CV template have been tested by downloading on both Windows and Mac computers and opening in Word 2013 and 2016, and are known to work flawlessly with these versions.

Unfortunately, Changeability Career Services cannot accommodate requests for phone calls regarding resume and LinkedIn writing and editing services. This business is 100% online, and we do not have a business phone number. We will communicate through Etsy Conversations and email.

Resume template purchases are eligible for technical support for 30 days following the purchase date.

What does "business days" refer to under shipping details?
Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., with the exception of United States federal holidays.
Does this shop accept cancellations or returns, or process refunds?
No. Changeability Career Services does not accept cancellations or returns and does not process refunds. Shop credit is given in circumstances where services are no longer needed, and expires 6 months from the original order date.
How does shop credit work?
Shop credit will be given in the event that a purchase of a service is made but no longer needed. Shop credit is only given for non-digital download items; templates are not eligible for shop credit. Shop credit expires 6 months from the original order date. A shop credit voucher will be created and sent directly to the customer. To redeem shop credit, the voucher must be presented via Etsy Conversations in exchange for a service and/or product within 6 months of the original order date. Shop credit may be given automatically after two or more unsuccessful attempts to reach a customer in order to complete an order.
