Announcement    Before you place an order, I strongly advise you to check the rules of my store.

1. If you have any questions before placing an order, please send a message and I will answer your questions as accurately as possible and in detail.

2. To prove that your costume doesn't fit of it was broken in process of delivery, please send photo evidences to the store owner within 2 days after delivery. If you do that weeks after a delivery, we assume that loss in quality of a costume happened after our customer received the parcel. In this case refund is impossible.

3. If you want to ship a costume back to us, please keep in mind that you cover all the additional expenses for that.

4. I provide custom personalized designs on a request.

5. You can pay by monthly installments in case the design you request is very expensive and takes me a few months to complete. But there are a few conditions:
- I stop working on the costume, if you delay payments.
- I do not return the money if you want to stop making payments. Because the work is already done and materials purchased. All I can - to send you a unfinished thing.

6. You can also split payments for custom designs into two. One of them is non-refundable.

7. I accept fast orders but this would increase price up to 70% from the original. Also keep in mind that it's impossible to make a huge Sakizo costume in 3 days, all I can do - work on it for 4-5 weeks non-stop instead of 8-10 weeks. But smaller costumes take less time, contact me to discuss details.

8. If you don't answer my messages for more than 15 days both on Etsy and via Email and don't provide me any information and measurements, than I can decline your order and keep up to 50% deposit that is non-refundable. In case you have personal stuff going on please let me know cause I'll be sending you messages approximately once in 3-4 days and would be expecting to receive an answer.

9. I don't start my work until you provide me your measurements. The proceeding time of an order starts from the moment I receive a list of your measurements and we check them. Please, provide them in centimeters. All I can do without your measurements - order and buy materials.

10. Always mention if you need a costume by a specific date.

Can I get a custom made costume?

Yes you can. Contact me using "Request custom order" button and let's discuss your project. Payment for commissioned costume is received in advance.

Can I split my payments for a custom order?

Yes you can. I will create two different listings for you, and the first one would be covering cost of the materials and would be non-refundable.
If you come to me a couple of weeks after a purchase and want your money back than the only solution is to ship you materials I've got already.

Can I request a faster making of my costume?

You can. Usually, this will increase the price from 10% to 70%.
But even if I'm working full-time seven days a week on your costume, this does not mean that I can make a Sakizo project in two days.It just means that I put you in the front of the queue and do not do anything except your costume. Contact me to figure out how long this can take.

You are working with installment?
