Beautiful item, quick delivery. Initially seller was very responsive to my inquiries. However when I had a problem after receiving my order, they failed to respond. I still have not received a response. *Update - After the holiday, I was contacted by the seller who went above and beyond in correcting the situation with another item from my order. Although it was very inconvenient that I did not have the correct item at the time to give as a gift, I appreciate the great customer service of resolving the issue.

Purchased this as a gift for my partner for Valentine’s Day and am so happy! leather is smooth with no scratches or issues. The lining is nice quality and well sewn, and doesn’t attract dog hair as we had feared. He loves it! Only issue was that it shipped from China and came in a FedEx box very banged up and ripped, and we had to pay $40 at pick up. We then received a second package of the exact same item, which we returned.
