Returns and Exchange details
Due to the nature of my items, all sales are Final.
I gladly take cancellations within 1 hour of purchase
I do not offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds for items marked delivered by USPS.
If your item is marked delivered and you did not receive it (or arrives damaged) you must contact me within 5 DAYS of the delivery date (w/ photos if damaged)
Due to USPS Delivery Delays, Pease note that NO REFUNDS or Replacements will be given for a package that is IN TRANSIT or PRE TRANSIT, Unless the package has passed 30 days from ship date without updating or being delivered
No refunds will be given to any digital products that have been marked as “downloaded”

*All orders will be shipped to the address on file with Esty/Paypal. Please make sure to double-check your shipping information before submitting an order. Please note that I am not responsible for additional shipping charges for any packages returned to me due to an incorrect address.
*Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes for international orders. I am not responsible for delays due to customs
When Will my Order Ship?
To see your ship date
1) On the Etsy homepage, click "You" in the top right corner of the screen.
2) Click on "Purchases and Reviews"
3) Find your order and you will see the scheduled ship-by date along with the rest of the details of your order

Most items ship within 3-5 business days if in stock
Made-to-order (or custom) items ship within 1-2 weeks
*Any orders placed during a weekend/holiday will ship the following business days*
ALL STICKER ORDERS (Both Domestic and international) Will be shipped in a standard envelope with a stamp to keep costs down. This means there is NO official tracking number

All items in the shop are available "as is" and are not able to be changed, sized differently, or customized.
My order is stuck in “Pre Transit” or “In Transit”
•If your package is marked as “Pre Transit” this means that your package is in USPS hands but was not scanned at initial pickup. This happens often with Letter Mail and typically your package will update at some point during its travel.
HOWEVER, sometimes these packages are delivered without any updates to tracking or are not updated until delivery. Please note these packages also tend to be delayed and delivered later than expected.
•If your order is marked as “In Transit” this means it was initially scanned but has not updated since. This happens when they’re are significant delivery delays (usually holiday season). Please note your package will update again in time or upon delivery.
