👩‍💻 Communications

Communications regarding inquiries of products offered on Etsy, and orders placed on this platform, will be handled through Etsy's messaging system without exceptions. Email inbox is not checked and "Notes to seller" at checkout are not read (unfortunately that section can't be removed).

Questions asked in the actual order may not be answered, as they are overseen by the production team, so they should be asked before the order is placed, that is why we advise customers not to leave any note at checkout and we encourage them to send us a message prior to placing an order.

⁉️ Questions about designs

While we don’t send proofs or design previews, you can contact us before ordering about how a specific letter might look on a certain monogram style. Questions asked in the order may not be answered, they should be asked before placing it.

By placing an order, we are authorized to immediately process it without being contingent to any approval, even if a request or question is made on a Note at checkout. If a design requested is not offered in the listing purchased, it won’t be engraved, only what is indeed offered will; if requests are not complete or valid, items may be sent blank as we won't reach out asking for additional information; buyers should follow instructions. Emojis and other trademarked/copyrighted designs won’t be engraved.

🚨 Cancellations, modifications, and returns

All sales are final and can’t be canceled.

Orders can’t be edited for any reason, they will be processed with the information provided when placed.

Items purchased from us can't be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who insists on or demands any of the previous actions.

🎁 Gift wrapping and packaging

We don’t offer gift wrapping, special packaging or personalized notes with messages. Marking an order as a gift makes no difference on how we process and package an order, as we don’t include a packing slip or invoice either.

An item's packaging might vary from product to product, and from order to order; packaging is only meant for separation, transportation and/or protection of items, so no attention should be paid to its characteristics and/or condition.

Watchbands are packed in a sealed individual packaging with a frosted "window" that helps identify the band inside. All bands will be shipped in our own packaging and any request to change this policy will not be honored.

🚛 Shipping

Standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders will be sent during the time frame specified on each listing, which is the time we have to process an order and get it to the postal office or one of its collection boxes.

Delivery times provided by Etsy or shipping carriers are just estimates and not guaranteed dates; we have no control of delivery, so we can't guarantee that an order will be delivered by a certain date, only that we will ship it on time.

Shipping/delivery issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier; we may help providing information to support a claim with the shipping carrier or police report, we will not submit or file those, that is the buyer’s responsibility.

🏠 Change of address

Packages will not be shipped to a different address than the one contained in the order.

When paying with PayPal®, Apple Pay®, or other digital wallet, Etsy may not prompt you to choose a shipping address and instead will take the one set as default on that payment service, so the address must be changed on the account prior to placing the order.

If a Change of Address is needed/requested, a corresponding fee of $5.00 (or $9.00 if the shipping label has already been purchased) must be paid, even if the request is made seconds after the order is placed. Alternatively, you can reach out to the shipping carrier directly and provide them with your tracking number so they can reroute your package.

🔙 Packages returned to sender

Packages returned to us by the shipping carrier (for any reason) or by the buyer/recipient, will not be retrieved from our return address unless shipping + handling fees to retrieve them and ship again have been paid by the buyer ($8 + an additional $4 for every $25 of order value)

Items will be disposed if the fee is not paid after 10 days of being delivered to our return address; it is the buyer’s responsibility to continue tracking the package and let us know once it has been delivered.

💎 Custom Orders

Inquiries about Custom Orders are handled by the corresponding department reachable through chat located on our website.

The following are considered Custom Orders, which are not offered on this platform:

• Engraving of designs provided by customers
• Engraving a design offered by the shop but for a different product
• Engraving two or more designs offered for the same product but on different listings

🏷 Price Quotes / Promotions / Discounts

Any quote or special discount given to you via Etsy's messaging system will only be valid for that same day it was provided, unless specifically said it was valid for a different date or time period.

BOGO offers and/or promotions with a discount for purchasing a certain number of items apply only for purchases made under the same order; requests to combine previous, current, or future orders to be eligible for an offer will be denied. Discounts can't be applied retroactively, and credit will not be awarded for not applying a coupon to an eligible order.

Promotions, discounts, and offers can be modified, suspended, or terminated at our sole discretion at any time and without prior notification.

📭 SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Products from the following categories will not be shipped to a P.O. Box:

- Woodwork
- Tumblers
- Mugs
- T-shirts

Orders will be completed but held pending shipment until a physical address has been provided; buyer will incur in shipping and handling charges if the required shipping address is not provided within 7 days of the order being placed.
