5 out of 5 starsThis is a really awesome, high quality gate. Its looks great in the doorway to our dog room. Very easy to install. It took me longer to unbox and unwrap it then it did to mount it. Gate swings open nice and smooth. Highly recommended!

Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. If you have a question or concern about a custom or personalized item, please initiate a convo with us to see if we can rectify any issues,
Make Offers
Offers offered during sale events will not be accepted. If accepted will be cancelled and refunded at the total discretion of Crater Goods.
Care instructions
General Dusting: All items can be cleaned with common non abrasive household cleaners. We suggest using a mild cleaner applied to a rag to wipe each item clean.
Rusty Bars: unpainted metal can rust due to humidity in a home. If this occurs gently scrubbing the bars with an SOS pad can return the bars to the original condition.
Steel Bowls: The bowls supplied with our dog feeders and stands are dishwasher safe or can be hand washed with your normal dishes.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the size of the products we sell, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging. We do offer the customer to include a gift message along with the order.
Wholesale availability
We do offer discounts to wholesalers. Our wholesale pricing is based upon a sales volume structure. If you would like to discuss the potential of purchasing our products wholesale, please reach out to us.
Shipping Damage
Product and/or packaging damage must be reported on the day of receipt in order to receive compensation. Customers must retain all the original packaging, making it available for photographs.
Damaged products must be shipped back to Crater Goods following the damage report. Compensation will only be issued after shipping carriers’ investigation and insurance payout. After that we will either issue a refund or ship the repaired/new product replacement. The decision to either repair the damaged item, replace the item with a new item, issue a full or partial refund remains ours, and will be done so at our discretion.
New/Repaired products will be completed using the normal turnaround schedule.
Liability and Responsability
Pet products are created to assist pet owners with everyday tasks of pet ownership. Customer assumes all liability and responsibility related to pet supervision while using all pet products created by Crater Goods LLC.
Signs, Flags, and other Decor are sent with hardware to hang such items. This hardware is installed by the customer and does not come installed from Crater Goods LLC. The customer assumes all liability and responsibility associated with the installation and hanging of these products.
By purchasing any product created by Crater Goods LLC, the customer agrees to hold Crater Goods LLC harmless regarding any situations that could arise through product assembly, installation, use and misuse.
Shipping Methods
Beds & Loungers: USPS, FedEx or UPS, We ship with carriers according to their shipping size restrictions. Items ship to customer's address.
Craters & Kennels: FedEx, pre-assembled, items ship to the nearest shipping terminal. Flat packed items ship either USPS, FedEx or USPS to the customer's address.
Feeders & Stands: USPS, FedEx or UPS, We ship with carriers according to their shipping size restrictions. Items ship to customer's address.
Doors, Gates & Fences: USPS, FedEx or UPS, We ship with carriers according to their shipping size restrictions. Items ship to customer's address.
Flags & Signs: USPS, FedEx or UPS, We ship with carriers according to their shipping size restrictions. Items ship to customer's address.
Color Choices
Ultimately, the customer chooses the color of their items. This choice is made from the color swatches included in the photo sections, drop down menus, and states said color choices in the personalization section during the checkout process of the original ad.
Although we can make suggestions, our suggestions are just that, suggestions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to weigh the pros and cons of any suggestion given as it pertains to their order. Crater Goods assumes no responsibility for the buyers color choices.
Our Interactions
We give all customers the respect in which they deserve. However, it doesn't seem that customers are giving representative of Crater Goods that same respect. As such, if a customer attacks a representative of Crater Goods in any way shape or form our employees will act in kind.
Respect can go a long way in resolving issues, but only as long as both sides get the respect they deserve. Remember, we reserve the right to resolve product issues how we see fit. A derogatory interaction may not work in your favor in the end.
