The daughter of a professional seamstress, I've always had a fascination with fabrics, textures, colors and patterns. That early interest translated into an obsession with paper when I discovered scrapbooking 20+ years ago. With stacks of cardstock, patterned paper and so many embellishments, I began making my own cards and have been doing so for over 15 years. (You can see my cards at PaulineLussierDesign.etsy.com.)

As an avid shopper, I have far too many papercrafting supplies and not enough time to use them all. I love putting together kits of handmade and carefully curated supplies to inspire your creativity.

How can I minimize my shipping costs?

FREE SHIPPING within the US is available with a minimum order of $35 from my shop. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

For smaller orders, I'd like to help you minimize your shipping costs and offer combined shipping for multiple purchases. Please add all items to your cart before checking out. When it's more cost effective for you, I'll use USPS flat-rate padded envelopes or boxes. Otherwise, I'll use rigid, stay-flat envelopes for flat items and bubble mailers or corrugated boxes for bulkier items. Protecting your purchase is my first priority.

Why does my order say it will ship in two different packages?

While this is a rare occurrence, I've seen it happen a few times. I use Etsy's calculated shipping, and sometimes it has a hard time combining certain items. Please know that I will always ship your order in a single package and will refund any excess shipping fees. No one wants to pay any more than they have to for shipping, and I get that. I only charge you what it costs me. If you see a shipping fee that looks high (or you're charged twice), please feel free to message me or just add a note to your order, and I'll take care of it.
