Hello!

I'm a sociologist who's deeply passionate about the vibrant nomadic culture of Turkey and the remarkable cultural artifacts it has given birth to. Born and raised in the enchanting heart of Cappadocia, my earliest memories are woven with the rhythmic dance of my mother's fingers knotting rugs, each a vibrant tapestry of stories, dreams, and emotions.

As an adult, my fascination with these artifacts has only deepened. I've dedicated my life to collecting vintage hand-knotted rugs and handwoven kilims, each piece pulsating with meaning and spirit. To me, these aren't just objects but cultural storybooks, narrating the rich heritage of Anatolia.

You see, these rugs are more than just fabric. They're vessels of feelings, hopes, and dreams, imbued with the joyous laughter of my mother and her friends, their whispered dreams, and the melody of love songs that would play in the background. It's an honor to bring these precious, perfectly designed cultural heirlooms to homes worldwide.

But my journey doesn't stop at rugs. A lover of photography, I've spent countless hours capturing life's magic through the lens, a skill honed while working on my thesis. This love for capturing beauty also led me down the path of design, where I've crafted a stunning collection that I can't wait to share with you!

My wife, my partner in crime, and I decided to turn life into an adventure, traveling far and wide, absorbing different cultures, capturing their essence in photographs and designs. She's my muse, and truth be told, a better designer than I am!

I am thrilled about the life I've chosen. Instead of confining myself to the halls of academia, I chose to share the beauty of our heritage with the world, one handmade collection at a time.
