Care instructions
The best way to care for your new shirt is to wash it INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Either hang to dry or tumble dry on LOW heat setting. NEVER iron the design (printed area). Failure to follow these care instructions could result in damage to the design on your item and could cause it to flake off. Desert Design Crew is NOT responsible for customer’s failure to follow these instructions. Refunds are not given for items where the care info was not followed.

Check the item details and size chart in each individual listing for sizing info - (this could be different for different shirt manufacturers)
How are your shirts printed?
All our shirts are printed using Direct-to-garment, or DTG printing. This is a method where a specialized machine sprays special ink onto the fabric (similar to printing on paper). DTG printed designs soak into the clothing fibers so the print doesn’t sit on top of the fabric and feel stiff. This allows for even detailed designs to be printed directly onto the garment. This type of printing does create a softer, lived in look, because you can still see the individual fibers in the shirt. With proper care your design will look great for years to come.
Help, my address is wrong. What can I do?
Customers are responsible for making sure they provide us with a current, correct address before placing their order. Once the order is sent to production we cannot change the address.
If incorrect names or addresses cause a delivery issue, we are unable to refund original item and shipping cost(s).
My order says it is delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Start by checking with neighbors and calling your local post office to see if the package can be found. Find your local post office number here: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm and ask them to speak with the carrier to see where they left it. If you can't find the package after 7 days, please file a case with USPS at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Select a white poly mailer as the packaging type. This can be very helpful in locating missing mail.
Some items may be eligible for replacement/refund after following the above steps. Please contact us for more information. IMPORTANT: No orders will be eligible for replacement/refund once 30 days has passed from the day the tracking was marked "delivered".
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS
Each shirt is custom made at the time you order it. Because of this we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to sizing problems, production/shipping times, or similar issues, so please carefully review all listing details before placing your order!
However, if there are any errors or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment with a photo of the shipping label, your item and a description of the issue and and we will work to remedy it ASAP. Requests without a photo will not be considered.
