Do you do custom orders?
I’m not currently offering any custom orders or personalization in my shop. However, if one of my listings gives you an idea, please shoot me a message and I’d be happy to see if we can make it work.
Care instructions
This varies by item... But...
- It’s recommended for most of the tote bags to treat with a damp cloth. They are not machine washable.
- Cork items are water resistant and can be wiped gently with a damp cloth, but there’s definitely no reason to fear the rain!
- The tin boxes can be rubbed clean with an alcohol swab and swiped with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Why choose cork fabric?
Thinking about buying your first cork accessory from me? You’re in for a treat! Cork is one of the best eco-friendly and vegan materials there is! And it might come as a shock, but it’s a durable as leather!
Here are some other reasons to choose cork:
- Soft and Unique. My cork comes straight from Portugal and is super soft and no two cuts of cork are the same!
- Water Resistant. The suberin covering (a waterproofing waxy substance) present in the cell walls make cork virtually impermeable to liquids.
- Super Light. 50% of its volume is air!
- Slow Burning. Hopefully you never have to put this to the test, but the slow combustion of cork makes it naturally fire retardant. And super fun to cut with my laser!
Do you create all the tin designs yourself?
Some are my own custom creations, but many come from other great sellers on Etsy (noted on the listings) and my favorite website to get beautiful SVG files.
