However, due to the nature of metals, the silver-plated and gold-tone wires will tarnish and lose color over time and are suitable for infrequent wear. The 925 sterling silver upgrade in the shop can be used with any ring, or you can purchase the upgrade within the listings. 925 Sterling silver can be cleaned easily and is much more tarnish-resistant.

Almost everything can be customized. I can also make something from your design. Just send me a quick message about what you want to customize :)
Sizing details
If you don't know your ring size, you can contact me via messages. (Measure the circumference of your desired finger using string to wrap around and lay it flat to measure with a ruler, or you can ask to make the ring adjustable)
Allergen Information
> The silver-plated and gold-tone wires contain a copper core and a layer of silver or gold coloring over them. Please avoid if you are allergic to copper
> The 925 Sterling Silver option is hypo-allergenic and can be purchased within listings or from the link in the descriptions of items

Processing Time
Orders are shipped within one week (7 days) and takes around 3 days to arrive. I try to ship my items as fast as I can, but it can vary depending on how many orders I receive in a period of time. If you need your order by a certain time, you can send me a message for rush options :)
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, as these rings are made to order, they cannot be returned for a resize. However, if it does not fit, please message me for options. I always want my customers to be 100% satisfied!

5 out of 5 starsThere was a glitch with the shipping but Dani was outstanding and quickly addressed the issue. I received my ring in time for Christmas and it is absolutely beautiful!!! For the shipping glitch, a "gift" was also included. To my wonderful surprise, it was another ring. The stones of each & the craftsmanship is outstanding. I'll be buying more beautiful pieces from Dani :-)!

5 out of 5 starsThis was a gift for our daughter who loves crystals and amethyst which happens to be her birthstone. This ring is adorable and she has been wearing it for the last 2 months and it has not turned colors or anything. The band is pretty thin which makes it look cute and dainty but you definitely could bend it easily.

I want to return my item, what should I do?
Please contact me if you have any problems with your item! I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, since many of these items are jewelry and are made to order, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and sizing. However, if there is a defect, I will gladly help you with a refund.
